Jim is actively involved in continuing education through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Designations through the NAHB include Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS). When not working Jim enjoys spending time in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin boating, fishing and swimming with his family. Jim's mantra of "continual improvement" is forever present in his business and family life.
Amy O'Neal has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Illinois State University -- Fashion Merchandising & Design and Education. Amy's degree in Merchandising & Design helps her excel as the Design & Product Selections Coordinator for O'Neal Builders. While not working, Amy enjoys raising her two children, reading magazines and browsing websites to keep abreast with new design trends.
Braeden earned his degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University in 2010 in addition to completing two years of Architectural Studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Braeden brings this combination of construction and architectural knowledge to his position as Business & Finance Manager. When not working, his interests are centered on spending time with family, especially while boating at the lake.
Jason graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management in the May of 2015. He began working with our company in the spring of 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager while attending school. Jason currently manages the estimating and purchasing processes as well as the majority of the draft work for our company. While away from the office, Jason enjoys tinkering on cars, hiking and traveling.
Bill Fry joined our team in 2003 as our Project Manager. Bill has vast construction experience, and coupled with his bachelor's degree in Construction Technology that he achieved from Illinois State University in 1986 make for a true asset to our team. His passions include traveling with his wife and daughter.
Austin graduated from Illinois State University in 2015 with a degree in Technology- Construction Management focus. He is a Project Manager for Portico Homes. Austin's key responsibilities include overseeing the construction of our homes in the Bloomington/Normal & Peoria area markets. In his free time, Austin enjoys hunting and fishing.
